Refund policy

Adapt these terms to your business before launch.

• Free trials: plans with a trial are not charged until the trial ends; cancel during the trial to avoid charges. Payment providers may place a small refundable authorisation to set up a mandate.
• First payment: if RankPilot did not work for you, request a refund within 7 days of your first paid charge from Plan & billing.
• Renewals: renewals are generally non-refundable, but contact us if you were charged after cancelling or due to an error.
• Annual plans: refundable within 14 days of purchase; afterwards, you can cancel to stop the next renewal.
• How refunds are paid: to the original payment method via our payment processor. Processing times depend on your bank (typically 5–7 business days).
